Here is an easy solution to an old problem.
We are Mito. What we do is diverse, ranging from mobile app development to integrated campaigns, so no day is the same in our life. What stays constant through all projects is the unimaginable number of pictures, documents, ppts and countless other types of files we send to each other on Basecamp, the project management tool we use.
We had a slight problem with them though: all the files are usually just dropped into a comment, and there was only one way to get them. You had to download them. One by one. Even if there were more than a hundred pics in a comment.
This was no way to work.
So when some people started asking if our Digital Production Team could find a way to make life easier, we started looking for pre-existing solutions on the web.
What we found were a few frustrated tweets, asking the same question periodically since 2013:

So we did what we do best: measured twice, cut once, and now we present you with our very own (albeit very simple) Basecamp Chrome Extension Tool, which does what it’s supposed to do: inserts an extra button which downloads all the files you have attached to a comment.
