Talent Acquisition Partner

Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to 10+ teams, with just under 200 people dreaming up the cleverest things and presenting the most creative ideas our clients have ever seen. I'm sure you can figure out where we are going with this... Lots of people = more projects = even more people. We need a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to jump into the middle of that weird equation above and to help us find techie and non-techie talents .

Your tasks will be...

As a Partner:

  • Support one of our biggest business client’s needs and be the first point of contact for future colleagues and their hiring managers.
  • Being the supporting foundation to your hiring managers: remember that this is your domain and that your experience and expertise will always be heard and appreciated.
  • Follow-up the onboarding, integration, and well-being of the newcomers.
  • If you feel that you have any further ideas about how could we be more efficient and well-organised, we are always ready to listen.

As a Recruiter:

  • Searching for talents out there even if they are actively looking for their dream job or just opened for having a cup of coffee - you will be one of those who say hello to them.
  • Develop a caring relationship with applicants, who knows when we’ll bump into each other (remember what we just said about saying hello?).
  • Handling the incoming applications: there will be recommendations, direct applications from the website and you will receive some emails and probably a few phone calls too.
  • Making sure that during the interview process everything runs smoothly and everyone is up-to-date, should it be an HR round, technical assessment, homework presentation or a meeting at the client’s office.

We need you to have…

  • A good amount of experience in recruiting for various digital or tech related roles (e.g. product managers, digital project managers, UX business analysts, frontend developers, etc.)
  • Fluent English language knowledge since you will need to use it on a daily basis with hiring managers, also you might meet with foreigners in certain teams or at interviews.
  • Be able to adapt: depending on the position you are recruiting for, the process might be a bit different, with varying steps till the finish line.
  • Be able to handle complex situations with empathy and patience and understand the needs of the hiring managers as well as the colleagues’.
  • A sense of ownership. We won't tell you how to do your thing: you're the expert and we will rely on you to complete our hiring needs and improving our processes in the meantime.
