Here at Mito we love creating clever things: apps, websites and other complex digital solutions for clients such as Deutsche Telekom and its national companies, OTP, Wizz Air, and many others. To deliver even more cutting edge UX/UI solutions, we’re looking for someone with not necessarily the most colorful crayon kit, but a stable design background, with experience in research, flow mapping, client management, who is able to do every step of the design process.
Being part of a product team: developers, testers, business owners. You should help everyone realize why that extra fifth step is not needed in the flow.
Understand the business needs, why and how it is relevant (or not), and also be able to listen to the 23rd edge case’s description. With a smile.
Create wireframes, screenflows, small prototypes and final designs mainly based on our toolkit.
You should be comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrive on daily challenges.
You’re totally aware of whether your designs are feasible to implement, and you love chatting about this with your fellow developers.
That you prefer working in a team, since most of these projects will be taken on collectively.
Fluency in English is a must: English speaking colleagues, each day, every day.
You have at least 3 years of experience (in the field, that is).
You love what you do and look forward to challenges. Don’t worry, besides great team members we also have a neat little training system to support you in honing your skills.
Please send us a portfolio that contains only your best work. It should definitely include relevant UI stuff: websites, mobile apps or basically any digital platform - and we would be happy if you can show us your UX badge as well.
Have worked in an agile workplace
Use the toolset we use (Figma, Sketch)
Have outstanding presentation skills
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment - our package even includes emergency services. Hope you won't need to test them though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
