Technical Support Specialist

200 people, from all walks of life. From basic users to hardcore software developers. Different needs. Different pieces of hardware and software. If this sounds like a great challenge to you, and not hell on Earth, then you should come and join us as a Technical Support Specialist.

What will be your tasks?

Software and hardware support within Mito

Build and optimize workstations

Asset management

What we expect

You should already have a few years of experience as a sysadmin with Windows, Mac and Linux workstations (All three. Yes, we know, it’s a lot.).

Be up-to-date. You don’t have to know everything, but we expect you to know where you can get the relevant information.

You should be confident in your trade. If we ask you about a MPXT2LL/A you won’t just stare at us blankly or think of a distant cousin of C-3PO.

Be independent, think ahead and be able to prioritize - you won’t be alone, but you will have to act independently.

Patience will be a very useful skill, because there will definitely be some things people will ask for the gazillionth time.

It would make us exceptionally happy if you followed tech blogs, reviews and tests, because you loved gadgets.

Some nice to have stuff

You know retail and wholesale repair shops, and they know you too.

You have experience with registry and corporate management systems.

You have previous experience in procurement negotiations.

You are not frightened of devices you have never used before.

You don’t have to be an Apple-fan, but it’s a plus if you’re familiar with Macs.

What you get in return

We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:

Medicover Health Coverage

We got you covered if you need medical treatment - our package even includes emergency services. Hope you won't need to test them though.

Learning and development

Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.

Free fruits and snacks

If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.

9 to 5(ish)

Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
