Strategic Planner

Do you like brands? Are you interested in understanding the relationship between brands and people? Do you love to ask questions and are curious about everything that happens in the world? Do you consume knowledge like a sponge? Do you like to dig deep, challenge the obvious and connect dots that haven’t been connected before? Are you both an analytical and a creative thinker? Are you able to derive conclusions, define the direction and show the way forward? Then you should be a head of state! Or a Strategic Planner.

Your tasks will be...

Conduct and analyze research.

Define problems and come up with solutions. (Sounds simple? It does. Is it? No, it’s not.)

Develop brand and communication strategies and confidently present them.

Constantly hunt for the latest trends, social tensions and insights.

Write and present stellar creative briefs.

Support the creative development project by zoombombing and all other means you deem necessary.

Define key takeaways based on the results of the communication activities.

We need you to have...

1-2 years of experience as a Strategic Planner at a communication agency or 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Creative, Media Planner or Brand Manager with a strong strategic vein that would put the cast of Trainspotting to shame.

Experience in developing brand & comms strategies and integrated campaigns.

Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing, preferably dreaming).

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

Confidence in presenting your thoughts and ideas.

Curious, open, doer attitude.

What you get in return

We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:

Health Coverage

We got you covered if you need medical treatment. Hope you won't need to test it though.

Learning and development

Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.

Free fruits and snacks

If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.

9 to 5(ish)

Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
