Wizz Air, Nokia, OTP, Decathlon, Cetelem - just to name a few companies who we work with creating concepts, websites, apps and other complex digital solutions. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself can even put a smile on our face every single day.
We are currently looking for a plus one for our SEO team within the Performance Business Unit of Mito. If you are a pro in SEO, can tell the difference between 301 and 302 redirects, and even make your mother understand how you would improve Mito’s SEO activity, we have good news: we are looking for you!
Conducting on-site audits, backlink profile analyses and competitor analyses via the latest methods, including SEO tools. You'll also need to present your findings in spoken and written form.
Leading SEO projects: you will translate SEO to-dos into a comprehensive, long-term SEO strategy and help partners prioritize among the different tasks. You guide partners towards maximising their organic performance and make sure that their web pages show up as high as possible on the SERPs.
Providing both high-level and in-depth information to partners based on reports. Proactively helping our clients with their SEO efforts and supporting them during the process.
Following news and updates, and helping to keep your (and the team's) knowledge up-to-date on the latest SEO matters.
At least 3 year of experience working with SEO.
Experience in doing site audits and deploying an effective strategy based on business goals.
Familiarity with auditing tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEO Powersuite or subsidiaries.
Work experience with a developer team or external developers.
Basics in analytics: you have a Google Analytics certificate or maybe you don’t, but you could pass the exam after rolling out of bed. Google Search Console is a must.
Spot-on communication skills: you negotiate and present to your clients and your team in both English and Hungarian.
A consultant’s skill set is also a must have: you are proactive, have a strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy or telepathy if needed.
You have proven success in link building.
You participated in site migration projects.
You understand the synergies between SEO and related fields like PPC, copywriting, PR, etc.
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment. Hope you won't need to test it though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
Keep on scrolling: fill out the important stuff and we’ll be in touch soon, no matter what. We’ll let you know what's up even if we don't match today.
SEO is like a love story: there is the warming up, the sharing and discovering mutual interests, and the Big Question at the end.
We will start with a lovely cup of tea or coffee at Mito’s office: you will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter, and our team lead, Dávid, in the SEO team. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from parking possibilities in the area (there are none) to what our opinion is on the topic of ads without keywords.
Once we all believe that there are definitely feelings we cannot explain, we will ask you to complete a simple homework depending on your background skills (obviously we won’t give you a PPC related task if your lifetime dream is to be a SEO pro…). We would like to see what you know and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best. We want to make sure that this won’t be “just another interview session” but rather a learning experience for both sides. We appreciate that you are giving us your best therefore the least we can do is to give you thorough feedback on your homework and performance, no matter if it is good or less-good.
If everything is still all pink and gooey with sunshine and unicorns, you will meet for a quick chemistry check with Zita who is leading the entire Performance Business Unit at Mito. Once you talk to each other, you will know if she is the one (she definitely is!). Since we don’t like to overcomplicate things, it is possible that we might pop The Question (an offer) right then and there but don’t feel pressured! Take all the time you need to make a decision: we are here to support you with anything you might want to ask.
