Here at Mito, we love to create clever things. But clever things are difficult to do: we’re a beehive of four business units and a lot of people, with projects ranging from developing cutting edge digital solutions all over the world, to coming up with out of the box campaigns for exciting brands. We couldn’t do this without the help of somebody who makes sure that our finances are in order. We hope that’s you.
You will take care of the everyday finances at Mito. It’s a lot, but don’t worry, you’ll have a fantastic assistant, and accounting is done by a great partner company.
Managing accounts receivable and monitoring incoming invoices.
Supervising the Financial Assistant’s work, checking and approving bank transfers.
Managing loans and other transactions within the Mito group.
Managing master data of payables and receivables.
Keeping the weekly finance and cash flow reports up to date so that all the business unit heads can chill (they’re lovely when they’re chill, but also when they’re not).
Working together with Controlling, including shaping and optimizing our processes, which translates to making your and everybody’s lives easier.
We need you to have a strong background in finance.
You should have a degree in finance / accounting or at least some years of experience where you had the opportunity to gain this knowledge.
You have to have at least three years of experience in a similar role in order to be confident in your job - we will rely on you, because… well, you’re great.
Besides Hungarian you should speak some English - you won’t use it on a daily basis, but we have international clients, who sometimes ask funny questions about finances, and Art Directors can’t answer them.
You should love spreadsheets. If not, you should at least be a pro in Excel, even while hating it.
You should love ERP systems even more. We work in Maconomy. Don’t worry, if you’re not familiar with it, we’ll help you out.
What you should love the most is being a team player in a truly great and buzzing environment.
Don’t worry if you have a difficult schedule or need to work from home on some days. If you’re fit for the job, we’ll figure it out together.
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment - our package even includes emergency services. Hope you won't need to test them though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
