Are you the one whom everyone trusts when it comes to keeping a project tight and on track? Do you speak prodlist? Are your best friends deadlines? (Second best is also okay, and sounds significantly less creepy.) If you tick all the boxes, we have some good news. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who helps our Client Services team confidently create even more clever things for companies like OTP, Molson Coors, Magyar Telekom, Wizz Air or Coca-Cola.
Manage - digital, social, ATL and integrated communication campaigns from strategy to execution. We know it sounds like a lot, and it is. But you’ll have a whole team behind you.
Mentor - it’s not only the clients who need your support. Other account managers will also be grateful if they can learn from you.
Collaborate - you have to be an integral part of your projects, working closely together with members of the team as well as the team lead.
Three years of experience at an integrated agency. Sorry, you have to be at least this tall to ride.
Experience with large multinational clients (telco would be extremely preferred!).
Confident presentation skills - you have to be able to talk to a group of people. With or without slides, but definitely without the need for a shot before the meeting.
Reliability and being able to complete tasks alone, even though we have a huge team to support you.
Have an overview of current best practices and trends when it comes to kick ass campaigns.
Impeccable, immaculate, sound and admirable English knowledge, no matter if written or spoken.
We would be extremely happy if you were familiar with agile methods in communication.
Comprehensive knowledge of small amphibians - we’re just checking whether you've read everything carefully.
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment. Hope you won't need to test it though.
Learning and development
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
Free fruits and snacks
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
9 to 5(ish)
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
Selecting our new senior account manager colleague is like a therapy session: there will be one-on-one or two-on-one counseling to determine your needs and goals, and a group therapy session as well.
We will start with the one-on-one or two-on-one counseling session in which we will invite you to come visit us at Mito’s office. You will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter and our group account director, Geri. They’ll introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to proceed onwards. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from where our dogs nap to what tasks we work on for our clients.
The second round will be the group therapy phase: you will meet with a bunch of people at the same time who all have the same interest as you (account management), including our group account director, account directors of specific projects we are hiring for, and very likely a bunch of other people who are related to the account team some way or another (or not at all).. During this round (which will last about 2,5 hours) you will be asked to complete a task that will closely resemble something picked out from your everyday account duties. We would like to see how you integrate your mindset into your work and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best.
Usually there is no round three: we don’t want you to jump through hoops unnecessarily, we prefer group therapies. :) Just like you needing time to digest everything you have heard and experienced in order to make an informed decision, it is likely that we will need a few days’ time to evaluate and make up our minds and provide you with feedback. Where you take it from there, it is absolutely up to you.
