At Mito Digital, we design and enhance core digital channels of enterprises, such as websites, mobile applications or kiosks - for clients from several industries all around the world.
The Business Development team makes sure that we’re always supplied with new challenges and projects, to keep team members enthusiastic and the growth of our company sustainable. We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us turn opportunities into clients.
Your main target is to acquire new long term, high-value clients for Mito Digital (we know that sounds a bit Bond-villainesque, but hey, that’s the job).
Using your existing network or building a new industry-specific one, you will be sourcing leads and researching global opportunities to create a rock solid pipeline.
Generating sales leads and keeping in touch with potential clients afterwards. You’re going to be their first contact on their journey with Mito Digital - which might sound scary or cool, or both at the same time.
By building a sales pipeline and developing the sales structure, you won’t just answer emails all day coming from all over the world, but proactively contact prospects via outbound calling or attending conferences. Being able to drink dozens of coffees per day is a must.
Working closely with the Business Development team - they are the ones who turn our services into a marketable set of solutions.
International sales experience. If your job was to find and sign clients who were as happy with your company as your colleagues were with them, we would love to talk to you about it!
The ability of working independently, without any guidance. Don’t worry, we will not leave you all alone, we have all kinds of professional knowledge within our teams at your disposal.
We are already somewhat familiar with the aviation, lottery and telco industries. Don’t worry if you’re a cell phone avoiding anti-gambler who never left his home country - if you know other sectors inside out, we are happy to broaden our horizons.
An understanding of mobile and web applications, as well as UX-UI services. We will not ask you to be an expert within these areas but it’s necessary to have a grasp of these as you are the one who will close the deals for our above mentioned teams.
Probably needless to say but excellent English is a must. Also Hungarian, because you will use both languages on a daily basis.
You can bring a sales structure to the table.
You have an ambition for leadership (or maybe some experience in it).

If everything is cool with your resume, we'll invite you to our office. You’ll meet with one of our colleague from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need.
You will have the opportunity to meet with the leader of the department as well.
Also, you will get to ask anything starting from where our dogs nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients. After getting your answers, we will give you a test work.

Our offices are in the Central Palace office building, located on Karolyi Utca, in downtown Budapest. A lot of room to come up with really cool stuff and have fun doing it. We occupy 3 large floors with enough sunlight to keep our plants alive.
Having animals - ok, mostly dogs - in the office increases optimism, lowers stress and from time to time enables us to take a break and get some fresh air. So dogs are very welcome here.
Work related projects that inspire us are a given. Inspiring each other to flex those creative muscles is a task we gladly take upon ourselves. Like having our GFX wizards compete in designing each year's official T-shirt for the last ten years. Go on, have a look!
