Deutsche Telekom, OTP, Wizz Air - just to name a few companies who we work with creating concepts, websites, apps and other complex digital solutions. These clever things make us really proud while the process itself can put a smile on our faces almost every single day (excluding deadlines, of course).

We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment. Hope you won't need to test it though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
Feel free to browse through our references and previous works on our website. Also, check out our Vimeo and Medium sites to see how we roll.
Keep on scrolling: fill out the important stuff and we’ll be in touch soon, no matter what. We’ll let you know what's up even if we don't match today.
PPC is like a love story: there is the warming up, the sharing and discovering mutual interests, and the Big Question at the end.
We will start with a lovely cup of tea or coffee at Mito’s office: you will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter, and our head of PPC, István. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from parking possibilities in the area (there are none) to what our opinion is on the topic of ads without keywords.
Once we all believe that there are definitely feelings we cannot explain, we will ask you to complete a simple homework depending on your background skills (obviously we won’t give you a SEO related task if your lifetime dream is to be a PPC pro…). We would like to see what you know and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best. We want to make sure that this won’t be “just another interview session” but rather a learning experience for both sides. We appreciate that you are giving us your best therefore the least we can do is to give you thorough feedback on your homework and performance, no matter if it is good or less-good.
If everything is still all pink and gooey with sunshine and unicorns, you will meet for a quick chemistry check with Zita who is leading the entire Performance business unit at Mito. Once you talk to each other, you will know if she is the one (she definitely is!). Since we don’t like to overcomplicate things, it is possible that we might pop The Question (an offer) right then and there but don’t feel pressured! Take all the time you need to make a decision: we are here to support you with anything you might want to ask.
