Preparation of customer invoices in our ERP system (it’s called Maconomy).
Digital and paper based documents handling (organizing, archiving, whatever you get your hands on).
Updating financial tracking reports (project traffic, invoicing status).
You have worked in finance / accounting before, or you had many semesters of accounting and you enjoyed it (yes, others might’ve thought you’re strange - we think you’re awesome!).
You are familiar with contracts and not afraid of modifying an address or registration number for a new version.
You feel comfortable with assembling reports.
You have a systematic personality, understanding org charts and processes on the fly.
You are open to learn new stuff with us.
You are neither afraid of monotonous work, nor of communicating with a bunch of creative (euphemism) people.
you already have 1-2 years of experience in finance administration.
you speak flawless English.
