Here at Mito, we love creating clever things: campaigns, apps, websites and other complex digital solutions for our fantastic clients. We’re a diverse group of people with various backgrounds, fields of expertise and pet peeves. This is why we need our one-of-a-kind team of legal and financial experts as well as HR professionals. They in turn need you - if you’re a proactive, reliable and precise person interested in becoming our new HR and Financial Assistant.
Keeping track of invoices and journeys with the company taxi cards (“Wow, meetings last until 3AM and are held in pubs? Cool!”)
Keeping our ERP system up to date with financial and HR data
Handling health coverage contracts, keeping in touch with Medicover, while keeping your co-workers in the loop regarding changes, new services, etc.
Supporting colleagues in administrative, HR related stuff, eg.: if someone requested a work from home day instead of a day off, you’re not annoyed at all and eager to help. (Even if that’s the gazillionth time with this particular colleague.)
You have worked in finance / accounting before, or you had many semesters’ of accounting and you enjoyed it (yes, others might’ve thought you’re strange - we think you’re awesome!)
You have 2-3 years of experience in finance or HR administration
You are familiar with contracts and not afraid of modifying an address or registration number for a new version
You feel comfortable with assembling reports
You have a systematic personality, understanding org charts and processes on the fly
You are open to learn new stuff with us
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment - our package even includes emergency services. Hope you won't need to test them though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
