Get a taste of the agency life in 3 months.

What’s this?

Some would say this is an internship but that would be a tad misleading. It’s more like a training camp or an agency simulation that shows you just what it’s like working in a creative team.

It’s 3 months of understanding what agency life is all about.

We believe that this should be enough time for you to get the whole picture and to hopefully fall in love with our way of working. Or to realise it’s not your cup of tea..

What do we offer?

A real understanding of things:

8 hour workdays that resemble reality (in contrast to just 4 hours)

A fair salary, as we work for money in reality too.

Real briefs.

Real tasks: mundane ones as well as campaign concepts.

A client pool with the best and most opportunities: Telekom, Coca-Cola, Wizz Air, Borsodi, OTP.

Full time Mito-ship: nobody will treat you like an intern, you’ll be part of the team and that’s that.

We can’t guarantee anything once the 3 months pass, but:

  • If you’re good and we can work something out, we’d really appreciate you staying.
  • If we can’t offer you a position but you want to continue working in this line of duty, we can help you get employed at another agency. 

We’ll guide and train you constantly so you won’t feel left behind at any time. (A mentor will help you with your professional development.)

We’ll give you basic DTP/online training as well to avoid panic situations once you have to work on a print, a microsite, or banner.

We’ll choose 2 people for the first instalment of this bootcamp, starting in May.
Requirements: Intermediate level English, Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge
Advantages: InDesign, Premier, After Effects
