Are you a die-hard fan of analytics? Can you interpret data half drunk and with one eye closed? If you turn numbers and charts into insights like a prodigy and you quantify everything under the sun, join us now as a Digital Analyst!

Your tasks will be

Auditing and setting up analytics accounts, creating measurement plans

Managing smaller or mid-sized clients independently

Analyzing heatmaps or user recordings

Data visualization - planning and setting up analytics or campaign dashboards

Implementing website measurement codes (tag management)

A/B testing

We need you to have

At least 1-2 years of experience with

• Google Analytics (advanced proficiency)
• Google Data Studio or other BI tools (advanced proficiency)

At least 1 year of experience with

• Google Tag Manager (moderate knowledge)
• Hotjar (moderate knowledge)

Confident knowledge of relevant online marketing definitions (know the differences between PPC, SEO, programmatic, etc.) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Expertise to negotiate, present and do workshops like a pro both in English and Hungarian

A consultant’s skill set: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works

You can score bonus points with

Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize)

Experience with mobile app analytics (e.g. Firebase)

SQL/BigQuery knowledge

Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

If you have seen an agency job from the inside before or at least from up close

Interview

If everything is cool with your resume, we'll invite you to our office. You’ll meet with one of our colleague from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need.
You will have the opportunity to meet with the leader of the department as well.

Test

Also, you will get to ask anything starting from where our dogs nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients. After getting your answers, we will give you a test work.
We do this with everyone, on every level.

Feedback

We let you know what we think about your test. No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think and we do this because we think this is fair.

Just like with the feedback, we’ll get back to you with our decision. Hopefully with a big and happy yes!

Our offices are in the Central Palace office building, located on Karolyi Utca, in downtown Budapest. A lot of room to come up with really cool stuff and have fun doing it. We occupy 3 large floors with enough sunlight to keep our plants alive.

Having animals - ok, mostly dogs - in the office increases optimism, lowers stress and from time to time enables us to take a break and get some fresh air. So dogs are very welcome here.

Work related projects that inspire us are a given. Inspiring each other to flex those creative muscles is a task we gladly take upon ourselves. Like having our GFX wizards compete in designing each year's official T-shirt for the last ten years. Go on, have a look!
