We love creating clever things, and our analytics team does a lot of them: analyze campaign and onsite performance, prepare end-to-end measurement setups from strategy to reporting, manage heatmap and scrollmap analyses for domestic and international clients such as Wizz Air, Decathlon, Euronics and OTP. We are super proud of the things we pull together, and have a lot of fun while doing it, except when we’re exhausted, because we need help. Like now: that’s why we’re on the lookout for somebody to lead the team.

Your tasks will be

Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 people.

Resource management - achieving reasonable balance. That means that there’s no problem with watching videos featuring cute cats, as long as the others aren’t massively overloaded.

Organizing trainings and workshops.

Developing a professional and innovative analytics hub in the Performance business unit.

Being a go-to analytics partner for your clients.

Creating and revising measurement strategies.

Managing multi-channel analyses, heatmap, scrollmap and A/B testing projects.

Who are we looking for?

You’re an enthusiastic person with min. 4 years of experience in analytics.

A/B testing, heatmap and scrollmap analysis are your natural talents.

You have experience in conversion optimization.

You negotiate, present and do workshops like a pro both in English and Hungarian.

A consultant’s skill set is a must: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand clients’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works.

We will be downright stoked if...

You have proficiency with people management.

You don’t think web analytics equals Google Analytics.

You have seen an agency from the inside, or at least from up close before.

Analytics is like a love story: there is the warming up, the sharing and discovering mutual interests, and the Big Question at the end.

We will start with a lovely cup of tea or coffee at Mito’s office: you will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter, and one of our team leads in the PPC or analytics division, depending on which path you are applying for. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from parking possibilities in the area (there are none) to what our opinion is on the latest Google Analytics vs Firebase debate.

Once we all believe that there are definitely feelings we cannot explain, we will ask you to complete a simple homework depending on your background skills (obviously we won’t give you a SEO related task if your lifetime dream is to be a PPC pro…). We would like to see what you know and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best. We want to make sure that this won’t be “just another interview session” but rather a learning experience for both sides. We appreciate that you are giving us your best therefore the least we can do is to give you thorough feedback on your homework and performance, no matter if it is good or less-good.

If everything is still all pink and gooey with sunshine and unicorns, you will meet for a quick chemistry check with Zita who is leading the entire Performance division at Mito. Once you talk to each other, you will know if she is the one (she definitely is!). Since we don’t like to overcomplicate things, it is possible that we might pop The Question (an offer) right then and there but don’t feel pressured! Take all the time you need to make a decision: we are here to support you with anything you might want to ask.
