Account Manager


Coca-Cola, Telekom, Wizz Air - just to name a few companies with whom we create campaigns, websites, apps and other complex digital solutions. These clever things make us really proud in the end, while the process itself can put a smile on our faces almost every day (excluding deadlines, that is). We couldn’t make all this happen without our fantastic Client Services team, but sometimes even they need some help. Potentially from you.

Are you someone who has been managing ATL and digital projects for the past couple of years? Do you have experience working as an Account Manager? If the answer is a loud yes or hell yeah, keep on reading, because we’re looking for an Account Manager.

Your tasks will be...

Management of integrated campaigns (you need to have experience in several areas, with an emphasis on ATL).

Collaboration with the whole project team. We need you to familiarize yourself with how and why we do things at Mito, so you can be an integral part of any project. Don’t worry, the team lead will help you.

We need you to be...

Someone who has two to three years of experience working at an integrated / digital agency.

Experienced in working with multinational clients. Having a telco on the list of your current or former clients would be awesome.

Self-reliant - all the others will help you gladly anytime but we need you to be able to find your own way and own solutions.

Confident in speaking in front of others and confident with your presentations. We cannot emphasize this enough. But we’ll try.

Informed - have an overview on current trends and best practices, and be able to share and use this knowledge at work.

Flawless English - speaking, thinking, writing, reading. Preferably even dreaming.

And if I make it?

Selecting our new account manager colleague is like a therapy session: there will be one-on-one or two-on-one counseling to determine your needs and goals, and a group therapy session as well.

We will start with the one-on-one or two-on-one counseling session in which we will invite you to come visit us at Mito’s office. You will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter and our group account director, Geri. They’ll introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to proceed onwards. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from where our dogs nap to what tasks we work on for our clients.

The second round will be the group therapy phase: you will meet with a bunch of people at the same time who all have the same interest as you (account management), including our group account director, account directors of specific projects we are hiring for, and very likely a bunch of other people who are related to the account team some way or another (or not at all).. During this round (which will last about 2,5 hours) you will be asked to complete a task that will closely resemble something picked out from your everyday account duties. We would like to see how you integrate your mindset into your work and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best.

Usually there is no round three : we don’t want you to jump through hoops unnecessarily, we prefer group therapies. :) Just like you needing time to digest everything you have heard and experienced in order to make an informed decision, it is likely that we will need a few days’ time to evaluate and make up our minds and provide you with feedback. Where you take it from there, it is absolutely up to you.
