We like creating creative things in our integrated communication campaigns from ATL to digital for customers such as Hungarian Telekom, Molson Coors, OTP, and Coca Cola. We are super proud of the things we pull together and have fun while doing it: this is true to Mito’s Client Services division who would like to round up their numbers to 30.
Do you guide people so well that they cannot imagine their lives without your expertise? Are you best friends with developers, creatives, graphic designers, and marketing managers? Is the word "deadline" your middle name? Do you get excited by looking at memos? Is this all you? Let's talk, then!
Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 people working on one of Mito’s biggest clients.
Being on the same page with everyone: no matter if they are creatives, graphic designers, devs, marketing directors or random clever persons, they are all crystal clear on every need and requirement that needs to be fulfilled.
Being the gentle but firm helping hand that guides both clients as well as their own team towards the right directions for the project.
Managing deadlines: we know this might not sound so glorious but working in Client Services is all about punctuality and delivering the (seemingly) impossible.
At least four-five years of experience working at an integrated/digital agency.
Influencer capabilities on an Account Director level: you will not only manage your team but also have to work your magic to be in sync with our client.
An extraordinary sense of how our client works: you look at them and you can pretty much write up an entire brief just by deciphering their facial expressions.
Proficiency in people management.
Some examples to showcase how you have managed and participated in multiple creative, communications focused, and integrated projects: show us what you are proud of! We work on a lot of web/social application/mobile projects so if you have examples of these, you will make us extremely happy.
Affinity to politics: sometimes you push back, many times you take on extra responsibilities, and you make sure everyone is fully satisfied at the end of the day.
Also, have you worked on a project that’s related to telco? Your expertise would be a huge advantage in helping us to succeed and produce clever things for our clients.
We have only one rule: take your work seriously, everything else should be easy and fun. Ok, that’s basically two rules. Here are some benefits you get by working with us:
We got you covered if you need medical treatment - our package even includes emergency services. Hope you won't need to test them though.
Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
Selecting our new account director colleague is like a therapy session: there will be one-on-one or two-on-one counseling to determine your needs and goals, and a group therapy session as well.
We will start with the one-on-one or two-on-one counseling session in which we will invite you to come visit us at Mito’s office. You will have a chance to talk to Orsi, our recruiter and one of our group account directors, Geri and / or Márk. They’ll introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to proceed onwards. Don’t be shy while introducing yourself: we are extremely interested in who you are and where you come from. Also, you will get to ask anything starting from where our dogs nap to what tasks we work on for our clients.
The second round will be the group therapy phase: you will meet with a bunch of people at the same time who all have the same interest as you (account management), including our group account directors, account directors of specific projects we are hiring for, and very likely a bunch of other people who are related to the account team some way or another (or not at all).. During this round (which will last about 2,5 hours) you will be asked to complete a task that will closely resemble something picked out from your everyday account duties. We would like to see how you integrate your mindset into your work and where your strengths lie so we can better determine how we will be able to help you integrate into the team best.
Usually there is no round three : we don’t want you to jump through hoops unnecessarily, we prefer group therapies. :) Just like you needing time to digest everything you have heard and experienced in order to make an informed decision, it is likely that we will need a few days’ time to evaluate and make up our minds and provide you with feedback. Where you take it from there, it is absolutely up to you.
